The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is in the process of issuing
new vehicle license plates for all Pennsylvania vehicles. The older plates, (blue w/yellow text or yellow w/blue text)
are being replaced. If you would like to obtain a Amateur Radio vanity license plate, you must file Form MV-904
