Trademark Information
The background insignia was designed and notarized by the club's founding President, KA3EBX, in 1993. The background insignia is registered with the Pennsylvania Department of State, Corporation Bureau, and is a registered trademark of South Hills Amateur Radio Club, Inc.
Any use of the this insignia without the expressed written consent of the Corporation is unofficial, and strictly prohibited in accordance with trademark laws established in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
"Applicant is the owner of the name or design constituting the insignia and no other person has the right to use such insignia in this Commonwealth, either in the identical form thereof or in a form which is similar to, imitating or so nearly resembling as to be calculated to deceive"

Notice: Any other individual, organization or agency referring to and/or using the name ''South Hills Amateur Radio Club'' or ''South Hills ARC'' in whole or in part, without the expressed written consent of South Hills Amateur Radio Club, is strictly prohibited in accordance with the trademark laws established in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All parties knowingly assume all risk and legal liability by it's unauthorized use.
