South Hills Amateur Radio Club has purchased (5) brand-new, dual-band handhelds, that will be given to (5) young adults, once they have passed their Technician license. Each handheld will come complete with all accessories. There will be a training class explaining the features of the hand-helds, as well as proper operating procedures & guidelines.
