The flip up antenna on my Nuvi 360 does not pick up satellites, but, it does if I use the external antenna. I understand you can repair this problem, but, I live in Spain. I would be grateful to know the cost for you to repair the unit and ship it to me in Spain. There is no hurry (!!) I have purchased a new 1340. Very many thanks for your help/advice.

We have never shipped to Spain, so we would have no idea of the shipping costs or customs issues in doing that.
