TIP 0013 - Says GPS OFF at Top of Screen

If that doesn't solve the issue, try the following: Make sure your unit is not in "SIMULATOR MODE". Press the wrench (settings) icon at the main menu, then the Gear (system) icon. Then look for the option that says SIMULATOR. Make sure that function says OFF.
