Nuvi 680... Frozen Veggie! Was scrolling thro' music files, when screen froze and did not respond to any touch. Would not turn off using power button, so did a hard reset. I now have a vegetable. Unit stays on Garmin splash screen when turned on, whether using power button or using power source. Computer does not see unit at all....Holding power button produces Pre-Boot Mode, then Loader, then Loading Software, then reverts to splash screen. Does the same thing with or without SD card....have tried all USB ports and different cables !!! Did not load any updates or POI's previous to this disaster !! Help...I did love my Nuvi !! |
