I am hoping your repair schedule clears soon. I am anxious to send this too you and get it back for geocaching in the spring. I noticed signs of the switch failure months ago but didn't do anything about it. Now it is really broken and you guys are all full up. I will keep watching for the schedule to clear. Do you have any ETA? Days, Weeks, Months?

I tried to reinforce the switch with CY glue (big mistake). I kept away from the plunger, but it must have seeped in at the base. Good news is that I unsoldered the old switch and the 350 is back to together and working. Bad news is that I can't identify the manufacturer of the switch. Do you have spare switches that I could purchase?
Thanks for your time.

Sorry but as our website states, we no longer sell parts. It is just too much of a liabilty issue for us. It also bogs down our time for performing repairs.

The switch is manufactured by a company in Taiwan. They will not sell you just one. There is a 3000 piece minimum order.

Glue is not the answer. The factory tried that at first and the switch still broke. We know that because we received broken units that failed right after the factory "repaired" them.

Our technique is proprietary and we've been performing the switch repairs since January of 2008 with ZERO returns with the same issue.

This type of repair is what got us into the GPS repair business in the first place.
