i was down loading something from garmin site and accidently earased some of my programming how do i reset my unit to its original format

Please specify what you mean by "programming". Do you mean files? The unit can not be reset to restore deleted files. Once they have been deleted, they are gone. In order to restore these files, they must be copied over from an identical unit. You can either contact the manufacturer or send your unit to us to resolve this issue.

my favorites ,go home ,cities,browse maps,view map,all work.but my address intersections,spell name ,food. lodging ect. all do not work it says no data available.I APPRECIATE ANY THING YOU CAN TELL ME . do i just need to buy an update will that replace all that info THANKS
