Nuvi 255W Screen Problem

Now there is a black ovular object running diagonaly on one side. The face screen is not cracked, and when I touch the screen it still beeps, but alas, no pic. Is it possible I only broke the LCD, and not the touch screen? I dropped it in the parking lot and I only saw it when I was leaving the lot. I was parked for 6 hours so I would assume the GPS(Nuvi 255W) was also in the ground for that amount of time. The face screen is not cracked and when I touch the screen it also still beeps except there is no picture. I could see some cracks inside though and the screen is white with some black spotches. Does sharcnet able to replace LCD screens for this unit and how much? I would appreciate it if you could email me on how I could have it repair asap. I can not type in anything that I am trying to because when I press one letter on the keyboard comes up as another letter.
