If your Nuvi 7xx series GPS occasionally stutters when speaking, you can resolve this problem by upgrading the firmware to v4.8. The manufacturer is aware of this problem and corrected it in v4.8. You will need a USB to mini-USB data cable, the WebUpdater software and of course a PC to load the new firmware onto your Nuvi 7xx. (c)2010 SHARCNET-USA. a USB cable came with my nuvi is this the only cable I need? Where do I find the WebUpdater soft ware. |

There maybe a version 4.9 out by now. You can check what version is on your unit by pressing the wrench sumbol at the manin menu, then the gear symbol and then system and then "about". |
